Your monthly update from your partners at Edvisor

Welcome to July — and what a July it is! The Northern Hemisphere summer intake is in full swing, our LATAM and European partners are deep in peak booking season, and the momentum across the network is unmistakable. This month, we're helping you turn that momentum into bookings: powerful new platform tools, a wave of fantastic new schools and agencies, the Q2 numbers that prove the network is thriving, and an exclusive promotion you won't want to miss. Let's make it a great month together!

What's New on Edvisor

June brought you the unified Edvisor app — July brings a whole toolbox. From smarter proposals to a bird's-eye view of your pipeline to visa tracking built right in, this month's releases are all about saving you time and helping you close. Here's everything landing on the platform.

⚡ Auto-assign products in proposals

Stop adding the same products over and over. Set your go-to products to appear on proposals automatically, and let smart rules do the sorting — by student destination, age, and more. Build the proposal once, and the right add-ons are already there every time.

🗂️ Kanban view & smarter pipeline management

See your whole sales pipeline at a glance with the new Kanban view — every student, every stage, all on one board. We've also made it easier to edit and set up your pipeline, with a dedicated to-do list for each stage so nothing slips through the cracks.

🛂 Track visa expiry in student profiles & automations

No more custom fields or spreadsheets to keep track of visas. Record visa type and expiry date right on the student profile, where they belong. And because visa expiry is now an Automation trigger, you can set reminders to reach out well before a student's visa runs out.

✨ A new & improved proposal layout

The proposal is your first impression — so we're giving it a complete redesign. Customize exactly how information appears, from school details to the price breakdown, and put your own branding front and centre. It's the polished, on-brand proposal your students deserve, and it's coming soon.

Inside the Edvisor Network

This month we're turning the lens inward — because the story inside our own network is too good not to share. Here's what actually moved across Edvisor in Q2 2026 (April–June): where students were quoted, what they're studying, and how the marketplace transacted.

🌍 Malta takes the crown

Malta edged past Ireland to become the network's most-quoted study destination in Q2, with Ireland, the UK, Canada, and Australia rounding out the top five. But the real headline sits just beneath the leaders: continental Europe keeps climbing. Spain jumped three places quarter-on-quarter, and Germany, France, and Italy all held or gained share. Demand is broadening well beyond the traditional Anglophone destinations — and agencies positioned for Europe are set to win.

📚 English + the right to work = the winning formula

General English remains the runaway leader by a wide margin, with Work & Study English close behind — students are telling us loud and clear that they want study paired with the right to work. And right on cue for the Northern Hemisphere summer, junior and youth English programs surged into the top three course types network-wide. If you're not quoting juniors right now, you're leaving bookings on the table.

🚀 A more productive marketplace

As quoting eased back from its Q1 seasonal peak, the network didn't slow down — it got sharper. More agencies were active, every proposal carried more products, and sales climbed. Agencies are converting more efficiently and selling more of each student's journey — courses, accommodation, insurance, and add-ons — all through Edvisor.

Big-city Canadian university, small-class teaching — the best of both worlds

MacEwan delivers the two things students want from Canada but rarely get together: a true downtown campus in a big city and classes small enough that professors know your name. This public undergraduate university in the heart of Edmonton, Alberta serves nearly 20,000 students with an average first-year class size of just 38, a 1:17 faculty-to-student ratio, and 55 programs across six faculties and schools. Founded in 1971 and a full university since 2009, its momentum is unmistakable — including $125 million in provincial funding for a brand-new School of Business. International students get standout support from MacEwan International, from immigration labs to cultural programming, in a capital city far more affordable than Toronto or Vancouver. For students who want Canada with a personal touch, this is the one to shortlist.

18+ years of job-ready training in the heart of the Sunshine State

Delivering education since 2006, QAT (RTO 31246, CRICOS 02746G) has spent more than 18 years earning its place among Brisbane's top English language and vocational training schools — the kind of longevity agents and families trust. Its address is a showstopper too: 333 Adelaide Street, right in the Brisbane CBD, in a Sunshine State city whose star is rising fast ahead of the 2032 Olympics. The course list covers nearly every student profile, from General English and IELTS Preparation through business qualifications up to a Graduate Diploma of Management, plus commercial cookery, hospitality, early childhood, and community services — with job-ready short courses like RSA and barista training on top. Add a dedicated agent network, online placement testing, onshore transfer support, and TAFE and university pathways, and QAT belongs in every Australia conversation.

Specialist training for Australia's most in-demand careers — in the heart of Melbourne

While many colleges try to be everything to everyone, TPC (RTO 46069, CRICOS 04180C) has made a smarter bet: specialise in early childhood education, individual support for ageing and disability, community services, and leadership — the care-economy careers topping Australia's skills-shortage lists year after year. Training is refreshingly hands-on, with a purpose-built early-childhood simulation room, supervised industry placements in real childcare centres, and a job-assistance service that actively connects graduates with employers — delivering, according to the college, a 95% graduate employment rate across 1,200+ students trained. Clear Certificate III-to-Diploma progressions make every pathway easy to explain to students and parents alike. And the campus seals the deal: Level 5, 398 Lonsdale Street in the Melbourne CBD, steps from Melbourne Central in one of the world's most liveable student cities. For the right student, this boutique specialist isn't just a good option — it's the obvious one.
